Rhino Recruitment are hiring an Electrical Supervisor for a permanent role with one of our trusted clients.

Our client is a rapidly growing regional electrical sub-contractor covering both public and private sector contracts from £250k upwards.

An annual salary of £35k - £36k per, as well as a company vehicle, fuel card and extra bonuses.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor with a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) ticket to join their team. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical installation and maintenance activities on-site. They will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities on-site, including but not limited to wiring, cabling, and equipment installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or deviations from specifications.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to effectively communicate project requirements to the team.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents or accidents on-site.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for electrical projects.

Requirements:

• Relevant Electical qualifications (NVQ/City&Guilds etc)
• 18th Edition
• SSSTS certification
• Testing and inspection
